OPP charge Brantford Driver after they injure Motorcycle Rider in Collision in Brant Township

24-year-old from Brantford was charged with careless driving and also with having cannabis readily available in accident August 5th around 10:19 pm.

South Bruce OPP have charged a driver with careless driving after a two-vehicle collision in Brant Township last Saturday.

Officers were called to the scene, alongside Elmwood Fire, Grey County & Bruce County EMS on August 5th at around 10:19pm to find a vehicle and limited speed motorcycle collided.

The vehicle’s driver a 24-year-old from Brantford was charged with careless driving and also with having cannabis readily available.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Bruce County Road 10 was closed during the investigation but has been re-opened to traffic.
