Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 32 year old man following a single vehicle crash.
On March 23rd at 7:17pm OPP responded to the crash on Grey Road 9 in Southgate.
Police arrived at the scene with the driver taken to hospital with minor injuries.
While speaking with the driver police noticed he was displaying signs of impairment.
The driver provided a breath sample which registered a fail.
As a result a 32 year old from Southgate was charged with Operation while Impaired, Careless Driving, Failure to Surrender License and Driving a Motor Vehicle with an Unsealed Container of Liqour.
The accused will appear in Owen Sound court next month.
