Huron County OPP have charged a 39 year old after a two vehicle crash in Bluewater.
Just after 11:40am, police were called alongside Huron County Paramedics and the South Huron Fire Department to a crash on Dashwood Road between Ausable Line and Airport Line.
The crash involved a sedan and minivan.
While speaking with a driver, police determined the accused had been drinking and was arrested.
Breath samples found to be over the legal limit.
The 39 year old of South Huron was charged with Operation While Impaired and Dangerous Operation.
The accused will appear in court in October.
