The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a Wasaga Beach driver for stunt driving after an incident last Wednesday evening.
Officers stopped the 19-year-old driver around 7:14 pm on Highway 26 in Meaford after they observed their vehicle travelling in excess of 170 km in an 80 zone.
As a result they have been charged with stunt driving and operating a vehicle without insurance.
The driver is facing a 30-day license suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment.
They are set to appear at an Owen Sound court at a later date to answer to the charges.
