Huron County OPP has laid a Dangerous Operation Causing Death charge against a 17-year-old driver following a fatal collision north of Goderich on July 30th.
Officers, Huron County Paramedics and Goderich Fire responded at 11:50 pm to the scene of a single vehicle collision on Golf Course Road just west of Lucknow Line.
18-year-old Euan Muir of Goderich died because of injuries sustained in the crash.
The 17-year-old of Central Huron has been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
The accused has been released from custody with an upcoming court date.
