The Ontario Provincial Police will be educating area residents to not be a victim of a scam.
They are holding an online seminar on Zoom Saturday morning January 22nd from 10:30 to noon.
The zoom chat will see Huron County Constable James Stanley speak on trending scam, common techniques, how to detect a scam and who to contact if you become a victim.
The event is co-sponsored by the Huron County Library and the Friends of the Bayfield Library and is open to everyone.
