A $50,100 grant received in 2022 has been put to good use at the Grey Highlands Public Library.

MPP Rick Byers attended the libraries open house recently to see the work done from the Resilient Communities Fund grant as issued by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

The funds were used for a list of upgrades focused on essential renovations to the library staff’s work spaces, installing air purifiers, staff training and the development of a strategic plan.

Jeff Rosenburg, Branch manager at the Walter Harris Memorial Branch says with the upgrades, they are better equipped to serve patrons and foster a more productive and healthy work environment for the team.
