Two local real estate agents are the latest community members to make a Home Run donation to the Lamont Sports Park in Saugeen Shores.
Scott Saunders and Samantha Trumbley from Century 21 In-Studio Realty Brokerage gave a $10,000 donation to phase two of the park’s fundraising.
Saunders said they’re proud to contribute to a place where the community can gather and play.
The campaign continues to raise money for the park’s 2nd phase, consisting of two youth diamonds, an accessible playground, the two batting cages and a 200-seat community. The committee hopes to raise $1.5 million towards that goal.
