Smiths’ Apples and Farm Market isn’t lion about their theme day this Saturday to help the Bring Tom to Town campaign.
The orchard will be holding a Lions and Tigers and Bears for Tom day beginning at 10 a.m.
There will be complementary kids’ crafts, wagon rides, and an adorable adoption option for those who want to own their own lion, tiger or bear.
According to Smiths’, the “special domesticated breeds are not only soft and lovable, but most importantly are easy to train and don’t require any waste disposal.”
The stuffed animals have an adoption fee of $25 with $10 being donated to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation. Also, 20% of all store sales on Saturday will go toward the campaign.
