One of Kinloss Tracts northeast of Lucknow is closed for timber harvesting.
The County of Bruce issued a news release saying the closure took effect Thursday and will remain closed for the next few weeks.
The area effected is along Kairshea Avenue, Concession 6 Part Lot 22 and Lot 23.
Crews will be cutting down trees as well as planting new ones.
The County says no motorized vehicles are not permitted on the property and will not affect users from the Huron Shores ATV Club.
They say this is part of their forest management plan in improving forest health.
