Huron County has approved the development on the former Wingham Modular Home site to change the land of the property from parks and open space to a residential area.
Discussion on the development of the former site has been subject to much studies on building height, parking and more.
Various comments were also given by the public mostly relating to loss of green space, loss of privacy and loss of recreational land.
Comments were taken in by the public and will be dealt with later throughout the process of the development of the upcoming residential space.
