The province is investing $5 million in Grey Highlands for the reconstruction of Toronto Street North and Toronto Street South.
The funding is being dished out from the 2026-27 Connecting Links program which for the province is putting forward $45 million in 21 projects to repair roads and bridges in 20 municipalities across Ontario.
MPP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound Paul Vickers says Highway 10-Toronto Street is a critical asset in the community of Markdale and this road has seen the most traffic as the community grows.
