Grey Bruce Public Health is encouraging residents to stay up to date on their vaccinations as the best way to protect themselves this fall.
With the flu season arriving, public health has recommended getting the shot as they become available this month.
Monica Blair, Manager of Grey Bruce Public Health’s Vaccine Preventable Disease program says vaccinations remain as the best defence against severe complications from the flu and COVID-19.
The general public will be able to receive this seasons flu shot from their primary care provider or at a participating pharmacy as of October 28th.
