With April being Oral Health Month in Canada, Grey Bruce Public Health is taking the chance to remind residents of programs to support low income to support costs of dental services.
The Health Smiles Ontario and Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program can help cover costs for routine and restorative services for qualifying patients which are available at public health dental clinics in Markdale, Walkerton, Wiarton and Owen Sound.
Jason Weppler, Manager of Public Health’s Oral Health Program says last September they opened the doors to a state of the art, fully renovated, permanent dental clinic in Walkerton and are happy to be able to provide these important oral health services.
