Quebec Prison Escapee Believed to be in South Bruce or Hanover

A Quebec prison escapee could possibly be in Southwestern Ontario.

On July 5th, Quebec Police Service advised an inmate convicted in a 1992 murder had escaped from the Archambault Incarceration Centre.

The South Bruce OPP Crime Unit is now assisting with the investigation as its believed 69 year old Lory Bill Germa could be in the area of South Bruce or Hanover.

Lory is said to be 5’8 in height, 165lbs with a bald head and brown eyes, a scar of his left eyebrow, with multiple tattoos including a sword, the word Carol, a flying skull, seahorses, dragons, grim reaper, a cloud and lightning bolts.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
