RAGBOS Realtor Association says January Record Broken with Record Low Supply of Homes

Pricing for homes was up between 31.1% and 39.7 on Average considering the Home Price Index and Average Sale Value.

The number of homes sold through MLS through the Grey Bruce Owen Sound Association of Realtors totaled 166 united in January. This was a jump of 10.1 percent from January of last year.

The five year average sees the numbers up 14.2% and 24.2% above the 10 year average for January.

The MLS Home Price index overall has the benchmark price at $555,300 in January which is an increase of 31.1% over the year before.

The average hole sale sits at $756,039 which is a jump of nearly 40% from the year previous.

Active listings at the end of January saw a decrease of 9.8% from the same time last year. A total of 257 units were on the market. Active listings sit down 73.2% below the 10 year average.
