If you’re the church-going type, there’s a residential project upcoming in Tiverton that you may want to call home.
Kincardine council approved a rezoning of the former Underwood Wesley Pastoral Church along Hwy 21 so that it can be converted to a residential building.
The Harper Homes project will convert the former church to a single-detached dwelling with a secondary suite.
Their original proposal wanted to create four separate units on the property, but municipal staff raised concerns with whether the property had was enough parking and sewage capability to handle that many residents.
