Ripley & Kincardine Communities Mourn Passing of Donna Fitzgerald

Donna was pivotal figure with the Ripley-Huron Figure Skating Club and the Ripley Legion and was a major part in their work in the community.

Residents of Ripley, customers of Gilley’s Feed Lot in Kincardine and the community as a whole are morning the loss of Donna Fitzgerald.

She passed away on Monday at the age of 67.

Donna was pivotal figure with the Ripley-Huron Figure Skating Club and the Ripley Legion and was a major part in their work in the community.

She used her sewing ability to create or alter many dressed and  costumes for the figure skating club.

Donna is survived by her husband of 48 years Joe, as well as her daughters Danielle and Jen and their families.

A come and go celebration of her life is this Saturday from 1 until 5 at the Ripley Legion.
