The Saugeen First Nation is holding its elections today for its Elected Council.
There are 7 people vying for the position of Chief, and 50 people running for the position of Councillor.
There are 9 positions up for election in that role.
The term of each council is 2 years with the current term ending on September 1st, 2022.
Voting is taking place at the James Mason Memorial Cultural Centre until 8 pm tonight.
