This week Saugeen Shores residents should receive an information package from Service Line Warranties of Canada.
The Town Advises residents that they are working in partnership with the company to offer Homeowners optional Water or Sewer Line Service Repair Plans.
They say the plans can cover the cost of fixing a broken, clogged or leaking water or sewer line that connects their home to the Town’s system.
The Town’s Director of Infrastructure and Development Services Amanda Froese adds that some home owners don’t realize they are responsible for the cost of repairs to water or sewer lines that fall on their property. (Illustration provided by the Town is below)
