Saugeen Shores Executes Search Warrant at Residence on Bricker in Port Elgin

Saugeen Shores Police arrested 7 during the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Bricker Street in Port Elgin.

Two officers suffered minor injuries when they were bit by dogs within the residence.

One was transported to the hospital by EMS but has since been released.

$11,600 worth of Fentanyl and $2,400 worth of cocaine were seized along with $2,100 in Canadian currency.

Additionally, a quantity of stolen property was also recovered and is being processed in order to identify its owners.

As a result of the investigation, a 53-year-old male of Saugeen Shores faces possession charges of controlled substances, proceeds of crime, and of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
