Today is the final day to take part in the Town of Saugeen Shores survey on a potential tool to bring new housing to the market.
The town is researching whether a community planning permit system (CPPS) would help increase the supply and range of affordable housing in the area.
They want to hear from residents about whether the system, which would replace the municipal zoning by-law in the hopes of shortening approval times for new developments, would work for them.
