The Town of Saugeen Shores offered a Economic Development Update for July recently. In they offer the latest in Economic Development news for the community.
Area businesses that want to setup a Sidewalk Patio or Sidewalk Café are able to complete a patio application. They are available from Heather Hyde, Economic Development Officer.

There are also a range of local business resources available to businesses including on the Town’s Business Support webpage, the County of Bruce as well as the Regional Tourism Organization 7.
In terms of Tourism the Town is also running a Visitor Survey to gather valuable info about their travel & tourism industry in the area.
Those who complete it have a chance to win a kayak paddling prize pack worth $200. The draw takes place on August 31st.
