Saugeen Shores Police caught a couple impaired drivers over the weekend, charging one local man as well as one from Collingwood.
The first incident came Sunday afternoon as police were investigating another matter.
Police say the vehicle arrived on scene and when they spoke to the driver, he showed signs of impairement.
The man was arrested and taken back to the police station for testing, where her provided two samples which registered four times the legal limit. The 48-year-old man from Collingwood was charged and his licence was suspended.
Police caught the other driver at a RIDE check on Saturday evening. Officers observed a motor vehicle turn around in an attempt to avoid the checkpoint. The vehicle was stopped a few moments later and a 26-year-old male of Saugeen Shores was arrested for Operation while Impaired.
