Saugeen Shores Police have charged an impaired driver after a single vehicle collision on Highway 21 south of Bruce Road 40 last night.
Officers were called to the site around 10:11pm and found once they arrived that the driver had consumed alcohol prior to getting behind the wheel.
The investigation was turned over to the OPP with the assistance of the Saugeen Shores Police Qualified Breath Technician.
This resulted in a 53-year-old of Paisley being charged with operation while impaired 80 plus.
Their vehicle has been impounded and their license suspended by the OPP.
