The Saugeen Shores Police have charged a 28-year-old Tara resident after police located a vehicle off a roadway last Wednesday morning.
Officers located the vehicle around 5 am on Bruce Road 17 where it had collided with a tree.
A male was located with it along with several boxes and several open cans of alcohol within the vehicle.
The male was arrested at the scene and transported to the station for further testing.
As a result the male has been charged with operation while impaired 80 plus.
