The Town of Saugeen Shores provided its first pledge payment toward the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation’s CT Scanner Campaign.

Back in December Mayor Luke Charbonneau announced at their Light the Way Radiothon that the Town would pledge $250,000 over 5 years towards the Bring Tom to Town CT Scanner project.

Currently the campaign sits at 75% or $2.35 million dollars of it’s goal of $3 million dollars.

Charbonneau says that a well equipped hospital is essential to support the high quality of life that they enjoy in Saugeen Shores.
