The Grey Bruce OPP Community Street Crimes Unit with the assistance of the West Region ERT, executed a search warrant on a property in Meaford today.
As a result of the investigation, two residents of Meaford have been charged.
A 34-year-old male has been charged with two counts each of possession of a firearm or ammunition while prohibited and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
A 45-year-old female has been charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Both accused were released and are set to appear in a Court in Owen Sound at a later date to answer to the charges.
