Saugeen Shores Police say September was the busiest month that they have had in years.
They received a total of 996 calls, 72 were on September 7th, the day of the EF2 Bow Echo Storm.
They say 28 of the 72 calls that day were for dangerous conditions related to storm damages and outages.
They credited the resilience of everyone affected and all responders who helped in getting through that day.
