The Bruce County Library received a big donation from the Society of United Professionals.
The Bruce Local contributed $10,000 from their Community Foundations Fund in support of the launch of the library’s bookmobile.
In a news release, Library Service Director Brooke McLean says they have received tremendous support from the community and this donation will make a difference in serving underserved communities.
The bookmobile brings books, technology, and library services to where people are in Bruce County.
The County says they hope to launch the bookmobile later this year.
