The South Bruce Grey Health Centre announced it will be extending the temporary closure of the Chesley Emergency Department for one more day.
SBGHC had expected to reopen the Chesley ED tomorrow morning at 7am. It will now remain closed until 7 am Wednesday, September 28th.
The reason for the extension is an ongoing shortage of both RN’s and RPN’s.
Extended overnight closure of the Chesley ED will continue past September 28th.
