South Bruce Grey Health Centre are implementing new visitor restrictions for their four hospital sites.

The policy changes that began last Thursday would see general visitation remain closed to the public.

There will only be two partners-in-care allowed per day and it must be the same two people for the duration of the patient’s stay.

Only one partner-in-care is allowed to visit a patient in family birthing centre.

Visitors are being asked to consult with the clinical team to see a patient in end-of-life care.

All others patients are being asked to come to the hospital alone unless they require accessibility support.

The changes are being made in the wake of rising COVID-19 numbers.
