The South Bruce OPP arrested and charged a Saugeen Shores driver after they received reports of them impaired on Concession 12 in Huron-Kinloss Township on Friday, June 16th around 5:30 pm.
Officers responded to find that he had been drinking alcohol. They were placed under arrested and taken in for further breath tests.
As a result of the investigation the 70-year-old male was charged with impaired operation, operation 80 plus, dangerous driving and mischief under $5,000.
The accused is set to appear before a Walkerton court on August 2nd to answer to the charges.
They have also had their license suspended for 90 days and their car impounded for 7.
