The South Bruce OPP have charged a resident of Brockton after they were stopped in a R.I.D.E. program in Brant Township last Sunday.
Officers were along Bruce County Road 10 just after midnight when the vehicle was stopped.
The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol.
They were placed under arrest and taken into the detachment for further breath testing.
A 37-year-old male faces charges of impaired operation and blood alcohol level exceeding 80 mg.
The accused is set to appear before a Walkerton court on October 11th to answer to the charge.
The driver’s license has been suspended 90 days and their vehicle impounded 7.
