The South Bruce OPP have charged a Huron-Kinloss driver with impaired operation after a single vehicle collision along Concession 12 in Huron Township Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the scene along with Ripley-Huron Fire and Bruce County EMS around 5:42 pm.
They arrived to find the driver had been drinking alcohol. They were placed under arrest and taken in for breath tests.
The 35-year-old male faces charges of impaired driving.
They are set to appear before a Walkerton court on October 18th to answer to the charge.
Their license has been suspended 90 days and their vehicle impounded for a week.
