South Bruce Peninsula Receiving $50,000 to Support Local Seniors

The Ontario government is pledging $15 million to help keep seniors active.

The investment to the Seniors Active Living Centres programs across the province which connect seniors with resources and activities.

MPP Rick Byers in a release says South Bruce Peninsula will be receiving $50,000 of the funding to support the Sauble Beach Community Centre.

In addition to supporting municipalities, other local organizations such as Legions, social and recreational community clubs are also welcome to apply for funding.
