Huron County OPP have charged a 44 year old and a snowmobile recovered in Seaforth.
On January 6th just before 8pm, OPP were called about a suspicious vehicle in Huron East.
Officers spotted a pickup truck in Seaforth, parked with a snowmobile in the box of the truck which was reported stolen last year.
The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, Public Mischief, Fraud Over $5000 and two counts of failure to Comply with a Release order.
The accused was held for bail and later remanded into custody.
