A man from Northern Bruce Peninsula is facing charges after a vehicle was found parked in a live lane.
Grey Bruce OPP were notified on Monday and went to an area on Stokes Bay Road.
They discovered that the vehicle in question was reported stolen and was later recovered.
A further investigation revealed that the driver was also under probation and had strict conditions of his release.
The 27-year-old is schedule to appear in court at a later date.
