Huron County OPP have charged an individual after an incident in Goderich.
On August 29th just after 3pm, Huron County OPP were contacted about someone making threats with a weapon.
Police eventually found and arrested the suspect who found an imitation handgun loaded with pellet ammunition.
The 25 year old of no fixed address has been charged with Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and two counts of Breach of Recognizance.
The accused was held for bail and remanded into custody.
