Teenager Driver charged by South Bruce OPP for failing to Stop for School Bus Tuesday Afternoon

The 18-year-old of West Grey Township faces a fine of $490 and 6 demerit points for the infraction.

South Bruce OPP have charged a teenage driver at an undisclosed location after they failed to stop for a school bus with stop arm extended and lights flashing on Tuesday afternoon.

The report was received by police about an incident just before 4pm.

An investigation was able to locate the vehicle driver and an 18-year-old of West Grey Township was charged with failing to stop for a school bus.

The offence carries a set fine of $490 and 6 demerit points.
