The third annual Hindu Culture Open House is all set for tomorrow in Kincardine.
The event which is free to attend runs from 2:30-6pm with various activities including a parade around Victoria Park, yoga and meditation sessions, trying traditional food and music.
All taking place at Victoria Park, Dr. Chandra Tripathi, Founder of the Hindu Culture Open House and Multicultural Festival says events such as this are a great way to celebrate and learn about other cultures.
“This event is an extension of the Multicultural Festival. Basically creating awareness about different cultures, breaking culture barriers. Everyone wants to share their stories.” said Tripathi.
The event is celebrating the 78th year of Indian Independence and Raksha Bandhan.
