Three people are facing charges after a drug trafficking investigation.
Grey Bruce OPP working with Neyaashiinigmiing Police began their investigation in December last year.
On April 30th officers stopped a vehicle on Rouse Road in South Bruce Peninsula with three people being arrested.
A search warrant was later executed on the vehicle resulting in a small amount of cocaine with an estimated street value of $1000 with $1500 in cash.
A search warrant for the house was also done at a home on Chick’s Road in Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation.
As a result 2 were charged with Possession of Cocaine while a 36 year old was charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
