Tiverton family starts GoFundMe after Family Pet Hit by Truck

Beloved Porter family pet Brindley has seen left front leg amputation as a result of April 6th Accident.

A local Tiverton family shared the story of their beloved dog Brindley who was hit by a car a few weeks ago and now has undergone surgeries on its leg as they battle to save his life.

It all happened on the morning of April 6th when while carrying its ball across the road he was struck by a truck.

The resulting surgeries, care and travel for the family back and forth to Guelph has taken a financial toll on the Porter family.

Brindley faced amputation of his left front leg due to infection on April 24th.

He is now on the road to recovery.

The family have started a GoFundMe to assist with these costs as well as support Brindley for rehabilitation for his recovery.
