The Town of Goderich is seeking proposals from anyone that may want to develop their lands for industrial purposes.
During a closed portion of their Dec. 12 meeting council deemed the town storage property at 210 Huckins St. surplus.
Now, they are soliciting offers from those who may want to build on the 1.42-acre land that is zoned for general industrial work.
Proposals need to be submitted to the town clerk by Jan. 13. They can be addressed to:
