Owen Sound Police have charged two people after investigating a homicide back on July 7th.
Police were called to the scene at a residence on 2nd Avenue East at around 11:53 am.
A deceased 47-year-old male was discovered at the home.
As a result of the investigation a 37-year-old male and 37-year-old female both of Owen Sound have been charged.
The male faces charges including second degree murder, firearms offence charges and forcible confinement.
The female faces similar firearm & forcible confinement charges as well as accessory after the fact of murder.
The accused have both been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
