Two South Huron residents are facing a slew of stolen property and drug charges after a bust in Exeter on Tuesday.
On Dec. 6, police executed a search warrant at a residence on William Street and seized stolen property, along with cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine. The estimated street value of the drugs is over $5,000.
Police also recovered various tools, a tankless water heater, home furnace, generator, new home fixtures, antique coins, cash, and a replica handgun with a combined estimated value of $13,500.
A 44-year-old man is facing charges for break, enter and theft; possession of identity documents, drugs and property obtained by crime.
A 35-year-old woman is also facing charges for possession of property obtained by crime.
They were released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for Goderich
