The Saugeen Shores Police charged two residents of Owen Sound after an investigation of fake license plates on a vehicle in Southampton Saturday evening.
The stop resulted in charges against a 29-year-old male and 26-year-old-female both of Owen Sound.
They face charges of not possessing a valid driver’s license and for driving a car that was not insured.
The female was issued a court date for may provincial offences while the male was already on a Release Order and was found to be violating a weapons condition by possessing a BB gun.
He was held for a Bail Hearing on several criminal charges as well as provincial offences.
