Southampton Foodland and Hansen’s Your Independent Grocer in Exeter have both been recognized for efforts in promoting Ontario grown fruits and vegetables.
Both have received a 2025 Foodland Ontario Retailer Silver Award of Merit.
These awards are given to those who continue to promote Ontario grown goods, supporting Ontario foods and helping customers access locally produced products.
These awards highlight the important role local retailers play in boosting Ontario’s agri-food sector and supporting farmers and producers across the province.
