The Four County Labour Market Planning Board shows gains in both utilities and manufacturing which saw the rate in the Stratford-Bruce Economic Region to rise to 3.6 per cent last month.
Losses were still seen across the region both in services producing and the educational sector.
Provincially the unemployment rate remained unchanged, sitting at 5.6 per cent.
