The Kincardine Chamber shared word today of an Online Equine Education & Employment Program that is currently accepting applications with the program set to begin in July.
The free 8-week program was developed by VPI Solutions in partnership with the Ontario Harness Horse Association, University of Guelph and Equine Guelph. It gives participants a chance to find their start in Ontario’s equine industry.
The program provides flexible training to develop knowledge on horse care and welfare learning from industry experts. The purpose of the program is for possible discover of a career pathway, and gain valuable experience.
